Go to the settings menu(screwdriver + spanner icon) change ‘ring styles’
Right,
* Go to Settings
*Then select Ring Styles
*Select the phone to Loud
*Click Loud Detail
** You shoulod then see the menu to change all your ringtone settings

Also, if you save phone numbers to the phone and you go to edit in their phone book manu, you can set people to have a distinctive ringtone.
go to your main menu
go to Mulitmedia
go to Sounds
there you should have a list of all ringtones that were on your phone when you first purchased it and the ones that have been downloaded since

as for Master Volume Detail, that may change to Vibrate Only Detail (depending if your phone is on vibrate) or Silent or etc. etc.
