I just got a new motorola KRZR with verizon and i think it is ridiculous that a whole song costs a dollar or two but a *partial* song for a ringtone costs THREE BUCKS!

Is there a way to convert mp3 or wav files to ringtones?
Or does anyone know a cheaper site to download from?
